The UGA Rowing Team consistently ranks among the best collegiate crews in the South. Our spring championship races include the Southern Intercollegiate Rowing Association (SIRA) Regional Championships and American Collegiate Rowing Association (ACRA) National Championships.

In his 4 years rowing on the team, Seth raced across a competitive feild and placed 1st in B finals at ACRA in 2020 and competing in Head of the Charles Regatta in 2022. Across those 4 years, Seth consistently rowed as an Academic All-American and nominee for National All-American Team.

The new novice class of 2024 got their first taste of racing today during the 2nd annual novice scrimmage at Lake Lanier Rowing Club. The 4.5k event was held in Gainesville, GA and hosted by the University of North Georgia.

In 2020, the Georgia Rowing Alumni Association (GRAA) was founded with a mission to to build an alumni community and support the UGA Rowing Team. The GRAA is made up of a rotating board of former rowers who all had their college experience significantly enhanced by being a part of the club.
