I can no longer connect to Roundpoint Mortgage - Quicken
Roundpoint recently announced a change to "Servicing Digital". They state... "Servicing Digital is our new and improved online customer tool that replaced Online Account." Since they made that update, Quicken no longer connects. What action can I take so that the mortgage setup in Quicken will reconnect to Roundpoint? Thanks for your help!

My old Mortgage from Mr. Coper has been transferred to Roundpoint mortgage. How do I merge the two acounts or start a Roundpoint download and stop Mr.

How Can We Get Roundpoint Mortgage Support in Quicken?
Like many Mr.Cooper mortgage holders, we got unceremoniously switched to Roundpoint Mortgage this week. Roundpoint Mortgage does n't support third-party apps like Quicken according to the rep I spoke to. This is inexcusable in my view in 2022. If Quicken's secure enough for Amex, etc, what's Roundpoint's malfunction? Is there anything Quicken can do to get this happening?

RoundPoint services my mortgage and for a while everything worked in Quicken. Then RoundPoint stopped working and whenever I'd click the "Fix it" button in online billers, I would eventually get a message of "Still connecting to…".
